Jeffrey Flath of Warwick has been promoted to vice president of corporate research and business development at The Cooley Group. Flath has been with Cooley since 1998. He is responsible for the coordination of development and technology for the entire Group. In addition, sales and marketing strategic alliances and joint venture programs will continue to be directed by Flath.
