PROVIDENCE – Jewish Family Service Inc. has purchased a former medical office building at 1165 North Main St., for $600,000. The property, at 10,306 square feet, fronts the highly traveled road on the East Side of Providence.
Kevin Casey, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal, represented the seller, Peach Tree Realty Inc. Stephanie Markoff Cohen, of William Raveis Providence, represented the buyer.
The sale was announced June 7.
Jewish Family Service, a nonprofit, is headquartered at 959 North Main St. and administers counseling, adoption and home care services.
