John Busavage has been named manager of client e-business systems at FM Global. In his new role, Busavage will oversee a team of information technology professionals who are responsible for production support. He has a B.A. in mechanical engineering from Villanova University and a M.A. in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
