John Palumbo, president and publisher of Rhode Island Monthly Communications, has been elected president of the City & Regional Magazine Association. He has been a member of the board of directors there since 1998 and has served as its secretary and treasurer since 2000. The CRMA represents nearly 100 publications in North America
