Jon Foster has been named advanced media manager for Cox Media New England.
He will be responsible for the development and implementation of advanced advertising products and services, as well as electronic advertising.
Foster previously was business development director at NBC10/WJAR.
He has a B.S. from Northeastern University in Boston.
