Julie Elman has been appointed graphic designer at HCC Marketing, where she will be responsible for designing marketing communications for a variety of HCC clients. Previously, Elman served as the lead designer and project manager with Konnessi LLC. She holds a B.S. in graphic design and new media from Johnson & Wales University. •
