WOONSOCKET, R.I.. — Drugstore chain CVS Corp. said July sales at stores open at least a year increased 8.2 percent over the year-ago period.
July sales at CVS pharmacies open at least a year increased 13 percent over last year, the company said.
CVS reported total July sales of $1.63 billion, an 11.1 percent increase over last July’s $1.47 billion.
As of July 28, CVS operated 4,123 retail and specialty pharmacy stores in 31 states and the District of Columbia.
