Justine Reiff has been promoted to store manager at With Heart and Soul boutique, where she will be responsible for scheduling, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll and more. She attended Dean College, where she studied dance, and later transferred to the Community College of Rhode Island to further her general education studies. •
