Karsten Hart was named director of restaurants for Newport Restaurant Group. He will be overseeing Castle Hill Inn, The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar, 22 Bowen’s Wine Bar & Grille, the Boat House, Hemenway’s, Waterman Grille, Trio and Smoke House.
