Kas R. DeCarvalho has been appointed counsel of the corporate and business team at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC. DeCarvalho has more than 15 years experience as a corporate attorney representing private businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals. DeCarvalho received both his bachelor’s and juris doctor degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. •
