Kate Brewster has been appointed to the board of directors at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. She is executive director of the Jonnycake Center in South Kingstown. Brewster holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s degree in social work from Rhode Island College.
