Kathleen Gladding has been named vice president / conversion product manager in communications for Citizens Services Group. She joined the bank in 2002 from Sovereign Bank. Gladding is a member of the West Bay League of Woman Voters. She earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Rhode Island. Gladding is a resident of Cranston.
