TAUNTON – Kopin Corp. has been granted an extension to meet the qualifications for retaining its common stock’s listing on Nasdaq, the company said yesterday in an after-market announcement.
The stock was to have been delisted, because the company has been unable to file its quarterly report for the period ended Sept. 30. But on Jan. 18, Kopin a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel.
The panel stayed the company’s delisting has been on the conditions that: by April 11, Kopin must provide the Nasdaq Hearings Department with written answers to a series of questions, either separately or in the final report from the company’s special investigatory committee; and by May 14, Kopin must have filed all delinquent reports and any required restatements.
