How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We proactively monitor individual well-being and overall team morale on a weekly basis. If an individual is struggling, leadership works together to connect with them personally and develop a plan to provide support such as mentoring/coaching, time off and adjustments in workload.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We love healthy tension at KSA. We’re a bold group of thinkers with different opinions that share, discuss and debate. It’s all part of our curious ways and diverse backgrounds. We’re professionals, but we might cuss. Ultimately, it all comes back to our commitment to seeing each other and our clients grow, while having as much fun as we can in the process.
What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? As a woman-owned agency, diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA. We are intentional in our efforts to recruit and include diverse candidates from our job descriptions, candidate screening process and hiring decisions.
