Larry Pokladnik has been named to the newly created position of data communications manager at NetCenergy. Pokladnik, who joined NetCenergy nearly three years ago as a data communications technician, will now manage all personnel within the department and be responsible for all projects, which include fiber optic and standard voice and data cabling planning and implementation. ̶ •
