Lars Panquin has been named to the management team at Angelo’s Civita Farnese in Providence. He collaborates with the executive chef on menu creation and oversees daily operations in the kitchen. Panquin most recently worked at the Skytop Lounge in Skytop, Penn., and as manager and supervisor of the Cookie Place Café in Providence. He holds an associate’s degree from Johnson & Wales University. Panquin lives in Providence.
