What is the best advice you have ever received? Early in my career, someone told me: “The moment you stop being curious is the moment you stop growing.” That stuck with me. In a fast-moving industry like ours, curiosity isn’t just helpful; it’s essential.

Where do you see yourself in five years? I see myself continuing to lead a company that sets a new standard in hospitality by pushing for smarter innovation, unforgettable client experiences and a culture where great talent can thrive.

What was your first job? At 16, I worked at Kill Devil’s Frozen Custard & Beach Fries – my grandparents’ seasonal business. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was formative. Watching them run a small-but-mighty operation taught me the value of hospitality, consistency and pride in the details.

What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? I see the big picture and the fine print at the same time.

What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Brown butter lobster roll.

What is your favorite personal activity/pastime away from the office? Skiing.
