The International Who’s Who of Chefs announced the biographies of two Rhode Island chef’s will appear in the first edition of the International Who’s Who of Chefs 2004-2005 edition.
Chef Joshua Berube of Hotel Manisses on Block island and Chef Matthew Haist of hemmenway’s in Providence are the two chosen among nearly 3,000 others from 70 countries.
The 800 page book is published once every two years and includes recipes from featured chefs.
