Complete Payroll Solutions was recently honored by the Independent Payroll Providers Association, receiving the organization’s 2007 Growth Award, after demonstrating the fastest revenue growth in the mid-size to large payroll service bureau category.
Privately held and locally owned, CPS has grown revenue nearly 700 percent since 2003 and now serves more than 2,000 customers in all 50 states.
In a news release, John Pettengill, the company’s CEO, attributed growth of the company to a unique sales and service model. CPS employees are directly linked to customers and each has an actual “ownership” interest in the company, he said.
