Maguire Group, Inc. of Providence has been selected by the Maine Department of Transportation and the City of Portland to design improvements to Portland’s International Marine Terminal. It will be converted from a ferry terminal to a container terminal.
The project is based on a master plan prepared by Maguire which was unveiled in September 1999 and served as the basis for successful passing of a transportation bond issue to fund the improvements.
