Marc A. Amato has been promoted to chief operating officer and senior vice president for Walco.
He first joined Walco as operations manager in 2000 and was named vice president of operations in 2003.
Amato new responsibilities include development and implementation of strategic business and financial planning, as well as leading the ongoing operation of all business groups.
