Marcel A. Valois has been named vice president of the Economic Development Foundation of Rhode Island Inc. Valois had most recently served as area vice president for the Penske Automotive Group. He has also held positions as president of the Blackstone Valley Development Foundation Inc. and as executive director of the R.I. Economic Development Corporation. •
