Mark Mellinger has been appointed executive chef at the Ocean House. He will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations in the fine and casual dining venues at the hotel. Mellinger brings to his role more than a decade of experience at properties including the Bellagio in Las Vegas. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. •
