Mark Stewart has been appointed executive state director for the Small Business Development Center at the University of Rhode Island. Stewart holds a B.A. in criminal justice from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in business from Eastern University and an M.S. in human resource development from Villanova University. •
