Mark T. Carnevale has been named vice president, mortgage consultant at Bank-Newport.
He is responsible for originating residential first mortgages in South County and other designated areas.
Carnevale began working at BankNewport in 1993, most recently serving as a mortgage consultant in the same area he is responsible for now.
