Matthew and Erika Olivier took a chance and opened an independent pharmacy in Middletown, banking on their local connections and willingness to go the extra mile in personal service. In this case, the extra mile means in-home deliveries. Matt’s Local Pharmacy, at 88 East Main St., opened in early January. The name isn’t an accident.
