Michael D. Ursillo has been promoted to chief financial officer of Walco.
He joined Walco as assistant controller in 2004 and was promoted to company controller in 2005.
Ursillo will direct financial strategy and forecasts for the company, as well as oversee all accounting practices, including tax and audit functions, budget preparation and financial reporting.
