Michael E. Butcher has been promoted to vice president of operations at X-Ray Inc., based in Warwick. He is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and operational processes. He joined the company in 1977, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. Butcher is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He lives in North Kingstown.
