Michael Gallagher has been appointed to senior vice president for Citizens Bank. He works within Technology Service America as director of technology development for the bank’s consumer- and business-banking division. Gallagher has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Stonehill College and is a graduate of the Leadership for Change program at Boston College. •
