Michael R. Goulet has been promoted to senior vice president at Citizens Bank. Goulet is responsible for partnering with risk and business line managers to reinforce and enhance the effectiveness of Citizens’ risk management programs. He has a B.A. in English from Providence College and a J.D. from Suffolk Law School. •
