Michael Walker has been appointed senior vice president / director of compensation
and benefits for Citizens Financial Group Inc. He joined the bank in
November 2002 from Lincoln Financial Group of Hartford, Conn. where he held
the position of senior vice president of human resources in the life division.
Walker serves on the board of directors of the American Red Cross and the Connecticut
Opera Association, both of Hartford, Conn. He earned a bachelor’s degree from
Oklahoma State University. Walker lives in Warwick.
