WESTERLY – A beachfront residence in the Misquamicut area of Westerly sold on April 4 for $1.53 million, the second-highest price in the beachfront community this year.
The list price was $1.68 million for the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home.
Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and selling company, according to a news release. Lori Joyal, manager of the Watch Hill office, represented the sellers.
Geb Masterson, sales associate, represented the buyer.
The home, at 421 Atlantic Ave., includes bamboo floors, a newly renovated kitchen and ocean front views.
