What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? From monthly birthday celebrations and cornhole tournaments to themed bowling and annual parties, fun is built into our culture by an employee-led activities committee.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We instituted a weekly anchor day to build connection, created a wellness room, provided quarterly massage therapy, held wellness challenges and group walks, and offered financial wellness seminars.
What role do diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We maintain structured, unbiased hiring processes, build diverse candidate pools, and support advancement through internal mobility and leadership development programs.
