NARRAGANSETT — A house in the Canonchet Farms neighborhood of Narragansett sold in mid-May for $1.25 million, an indication that demand for properties close to the beaches is rising, according to a release from Lila Delman Real Estate International, which represented the seller.
The house at 14 Sydney Lane is a short walk to Narragansett Beach, the oceanside seawall and the Pier marketplace area.
The house sits on almost an acre, with 2,847 square feet of interior space across two stories. It has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The sale was reported on May 17.
