NARRAGANSETT – A shingle-style house in the Bonnet Shores community that covers nearly 3,800 square feet has sold for $1.6 million.
It is the most expensive sale for a non-waterfront home in the community’s history.
The property at 30 Withington Road has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It includes several decks and an open-concept first floor. Proximity to Bonnet Shores Beach is another draw.
The sale was announced by Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented the buyer.
