PROVIDENCE – R.I. Attorney General Peter F. Neronha, along with 23 other state attorneys general and two governors, joined a lawsuit on Monday challenging the Trump administration over the implementation of new Medicaid work requirements set to begin in 2027.  The lawsuit challenges the definition of “medically frail” in the interim final rule published by the U.S.
