NORTH KINGSTOWN – A sprawling estate on Davisville Road recently sold for $1.33 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the sellers.
The 299 Davisville Road property is a colonial-style single-family home built in 1856, according to Mott & Chace. The home contains 3,953 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The property encompasses 64.78 acres in the historic village of Davisville, the real estate firm said.
The home has original millwork, wide-plank flooring, antique hardware, period moldings and a curved staircase, Mott & Chace said. The residence also has a wrap-around porch, four fireplaces and a full unfinished basement.
The property includes a barn, stable and other outbuildings, according to Mott & Chace, along with six garage spaces and 16 total parking spaces. The property is zoned Rural Residential, which permits horses.
According to the North Kingstown property assessor’s database, the property had a 2026 total assessment of $873,300, consisting of $568,000 for improvements and $305,300 for the land.
The Soby-Roberts Team of Mott & Chace represented the sellers, while the DiSpirito Team of Engel & Völkers Oceanside represented the buyers, according to Mott & Chace.
According to the warranty deed, the property was sold by Kathleen Phillips of North Kingstown and was purchased by Andrew Lewis of East Greenwich.
