LINCOLN – Commercial-building owners are invited to participate in a Building Owner Forum scheduled by the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce. The Jan. 18 event will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the chamber offices at 6 Blackstone Valley Place, Building 4, Suite 402, Lincoln.
The session is designed for building owners who want to make their sites more energy efficient, more comfortable and competitive.
Representatives from the Rhode Island Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, or C-PACE, program will attend and can discuss a state-sponsored program that allows owners to receive financing for energy-efficient and renewable upgrades.
