Pascal Leffrey has joined the R.I. Convention Center as sous chef.
The former proprietor of Chez Pascal restaurant, on Hope Street in Providence, he will be responsible for enhancing the dining experience at functions held within the center.
Leffrey served as an apprentice at Nogent le Roi of Paris from 1976 to 1979 and has worked at restaurants around the world, including New York City, Paris and Cancun, Mexico.
