Perotti Performance Design, a marine engineering and naval architecture firm, recently opened in Newport.
The company will focus on helping the industry and individual boat owners enhance the comfort, efficiancy and racing performance of their vessel.
Recent projects include the optimization and keel design for vessels in preparation for for the upcoming America’s Cup Jubilee. Perotti was also involved in the keel and rudder design of a new, custom-made 125′ performance ketch.
T.J. Perotti, former chief designer at Pedrick Yacht Design, founded Perotti Performance Design. He is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and a trustee of the International Yacht Restoration School.
