Peter Cooper has been named executive director of culinary procurement for the University Office of Culinary Education at Johnson & Wales University.
He is responsible for the development of a strategy to assess and streamline procurement relating to food products, equipment, chemicals, small wares and vendor relationships.
Cooper has a business degree from the University of Connecticut and a culinary degree from UConn’s College of Culinary Arts.
