Peter Fogarty has been named a member of the board for Operation Clean Government. He currently serves as a forensic accounting and fraud examiner and managing partner for HSNO. Fogarty specializes in evaluating claims, frauds and court testimony. He is also a member of the zoning and planning committees for Smithfield. •
