“…small urban destinations…”?? Providence is not small. It is the 136th largest city out of over 19,000 cities and towns!!
I guess the survey team didn’t review Allens Avenue, Eddy Street, North Main Street, Charles Street and some of our other decidedly unfriendly pedestrian areas
