PROVIDENCE – Two New York City men have been arrested and charged for stealing cooking oil from a Cranston restaurant, WPRI-TV CBS 12 reported Monday. Anyeson Veras Martinez, 26, and Steven Velez Toribio, 29, were each charged with larceny under $1,500 and conspiracy. Cranston Police Col.
