Benjamin Ricci has been named Senior Lifestyle Corporation (SLC) co-Executive
Director of the Year. He was executive director at West Bay Manor on West Shore
Road in Warwick, itself the recipient of SLC’s Operational Excellence Award, since
1994. Ricci is a licensed nursing home administrator and is responsible for the
overall operation of the retirement and assisted living community, including staffing,
implementation of policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. He resides
in Warwick with his wife and two children.
