Revolution Wind completes construction off R.I. coast

PROVIDENCE – Revolution Wind has completed construction of its 65-turbine offshore wind project off the Rhode Island coast despite facing two federal stop-work orders during the Trump administration. The project delivered its first power to the regional electric grid in March and is expected to be fully operational later this year, the Conservation Law Foundation
