PROVIDENCE – Rhode Island Energy has deployed about 250 crews ahead of a potential nor’easter this weekend expected to cause power outages due to heavy rain and winds of up to 50 mph. “We are expecting some level of outages across the state during the course of this event,” Rhode Island Energy President Greg Cornett
