WARWICK – After 19 years at its original location in West Warwick, R.I. Kitchen & Bath has relocated to a new 10,000-square-foot showroom and headquarters, at 139 Jefferson Blvd.
The grand opening is slated for tomorrow – Saturday, May 17 – starting at 9 a.m. It will feature showroom tours; remodeling seminars; demonstrations of Viking appliances, from 9 to 11 a.m., by Wickford Appliance; live cooking demonstrations, from noon to 4 p.m., by chefs Michael Civali of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Kevin Boudreau of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Matt Haist of Capital Grille; a food and wine tasting, from 2 to 4 p.m., featuring products from Cabot cheeses and Newport Vineyards; plus door prizes including a six-burner Viking cooktop.
“This is a big step for us and we are excited about the opportunity to continue to grow our customer base and showcase our design-build services,” RIKB founder and president Steven St. Onge said in a statement this week. “Our new facility allows us to serve our clients better … and to house all of our operations under one roof.”
For the past 19 years, the company had been located at 95 Manchester St. in West Warwick. Its new
building previously was the home of R.I. Metpro Inc.
R.I. Kitchen & Bath, founded in 1989, specializes in kitchen, bath and interior renovations.
