R.M. Stineman has joined AIDS Project Rhode Island as executive director. He has been conducting HIV-related work for The Miriam Hospital, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service’s HIV/AIDS Bureau and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Stineman previously had directed municipal HIV care and prevention for Philadelphia and Kansas City, Mo.
