Robert O’Neill has been appointed vice president / commercial lender in private
banking at Citizens Bank. He most recently held the title of assistant
vice president in the same position. O’Neill earned a bachelor’s degree from
Massachusetts Maritime Academy and his master’s degree from Providence College.
He lives in West Warwick.
